service.

Translation: the rules that keep both of us from getting sued. Read it. Or don't — but by using the site you're agreeing to it either way.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bitchslapsstickers.com (the "Site") and any products you order from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

2. Ordering & Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We're not obligated to accept any order, and we may cancel or refuse orders for any reason including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or content that violates these Terms. If we cancel, we'll refund any payment in full.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors happen — if a product is mispriced, we may cancel the affected order and refund you. Stock and bulk-tier availability are not guaranteed.

4. Custom Artwork, IP & Copyright

When you upload artwork for a custom order, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to that artwork, or that you have written permission from the rights holder to reproduce it.You are solely responsible for any copyright, trademark, publicity, or other IP claims arising from artwork you submit.

  • We don't print stolen art, copyrighted characters you don't own, or trademarked logos belonging to others.
  • We may refuse or cancel any custom order at our discretion if we suspect an IP violation.
  • You grant us a limited license to reproduce, store, and print your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We don't claim ownership of your work, and we don't resell it.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or fees (including legal fees) arising from artwork you submit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or our services to:

  • Submit artwork that's illegal, infringing, defamatory, threatening, or sexually explicit involving minors
  • Submit artwork that promotes violence against, or hatred toward, real-world groups based on protected characteristics
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
  • Use the Site for fraudulent transactions or chargebacks

Edgy and offensive humor on our pre-made designs is the point — but custom orders that cross into the categories above will be refused.

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping times, transit, and free-shipping thresholds are explained in our Shipping Policy. Refunds, replacements, and the non-returnability of approved custom orders are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Color & Print Tolerance

Color reproduction varies between screens and print. We print to a tight tolerance, but minor shifts between your screen and the finished sticker are normal and not considered defects. For brand-critical color matching, ask us about a paid press proof before placing a production order.

8. Intellectual Property of the Site

The Bitch Slaps name, logo, marks, original artwork, photography, and Site design are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or your order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or any artwork you submit.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to that jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
