If we mess up, we fix it. If you mess up your art file after approving the proof — that's on you. Here's the breakdown.

Misprints, Defects, and Damaged-in-Transit

If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged during shipping, we'll replace it or refund it — your choice. No restocking fee. No "send it back at your own expense" run-around.

  • Wrong artwork printed (our error)
  • Bad cut, peeling laminate, color shift outside normal print tolerance
  • Crushed, torn, or water-damaged on arrival
  • Order short — missing stickers we owed you

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized stickers are non-returnable once you approve the digital proof.This is standard for custom print. Once you click "approve," the press starts and the materials are spent on your specific design.

That's exactly why we send a free digital proof first — review it carefully. Check spelling, colors, sizing, and bleed. If something's off in the proof, tell us before you approve.

The misprint/defect/damage exceptions above still apply to custom orders — if we printed something different from your approved proof, that's on us.

How to Start a Claim

Email hello@bitchslaps.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (or the damaged packaging, if it arrived wrecked)
  • A one-sentence description of what's wrong

We respond within one business day. Approved claims are replaced or refunded within 3–5 business days — refunds go back to your original payment method.

What's Not Covered

  • Buyer's remorse on approved custom orders
  • Damage caused by misapplication (applying to a dirty, wet, or oily surface)
  • Fade after years of harsh outdoor exposure (our vinyl is rated multi-year, not forever)
  • Claims filed more than 14 days after delivery
  • Lost packages where tracking shows "delivered" — file a claim with the carrier

Cancellations

Pre-made orders can be cancelled before they ship. Custom orders can be cancelled before you approve the proof. Once a custom proof is approved, the order is locked in.
