Saturn jars are not child-resistant. Sold as premium primary packaging — pair with a child-resistant exit bag at retail per 4 CCR §17412(a)(2). Buyer is responsible for state packaging compliance.

Packaging and labelling requirements differ by state and change often, and the licence holder owns them — not the printer. What we do is make sure nothing goes wrong on our side of the line: the artwork you approve is the artwork that prints, at the size we measured, on a material that survives the product.
Batch and lot numbers, harvest and package dates, THC/CBD percentages, UID and test dates — supplied as a spreadsheet and printed as a variable field. No reordering a whole run because one number changed.
State universal symbols and warning statements get placed at the size and contrast your state specifies, in the artwork, not stickered over it afterwards. Send the spec or your existing approved label and we'll match it.
Warning text is the first thing that fails on a curved 3.5g jar. We check minimum type size and contrast against your spec on the proof, and tell you before it prints if a panel is too tight to hold it legibly.
These are die-cut 3mil vinyl with a laminate over the print — the same material we put on truck glass and tool chests, sized to your jar. A paper or thin film label goes translucent and lifts at the edge the first time it meets concentrate residue, a cold room, or a damp hand. This does not.
Contour cut to any shape with no tooling to pay for, which is why a 100-jar run costs what it should instead of carrying a press setup. Change the shape next run and it costs nothing.
Every order gets a dieline measured against the actual jar, sent with the free proof. Nominal spec-sheet numbers are for quoting; the dieline is what you design to.
Certified CR closures are available on the Eris line. Non-CR jars are sold as primary packaging and pair with a CR exit bag at retail — we'll flag which is which on your quote.
