Who We Are

"Bitch Slaps Stickers" ("we," "us," "our") operates the website at bitchslapsstickers.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our site, place an order, or contact us.

Tracking Technologies & Analytics

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, measure performance, and run advertising. Specifically, we use:

  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Ads conversion tracking & remarketing

What they collect: device and browser information, operating system, pages viewed, on-site actions (clicks, scrolls, add-to-cart, checkout starts), referring URL, IP address, approximate location derived from your IP, and interactions with our ads on Meta and Google properties.

Why we use them: to understand site traffic, measure and optimize advertising campaigns, attribute conversions, and serve retargeting ads to people who have visited the site.

Who we share it with: this data is transmitted to Meta and Google, who process it under their own privacy policies. See Meta's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

Your choices: on first visit you'll see a cookie banner where you can Accept all or Reject non-essential tracking. You can change your choice anytime via the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block cookies through your browser controls and opt out of ad personalization via the links in the next section. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal — if your browser sends GPC, we treat that as an opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information you give us

  • Name, email, phone number, and shipping/billing address (to fulfill orders)
  • Payment information (processed by Shopify and its payment providers — we don't store full card numbers)
  • Artwork files you upload for custom orders
  • Anything you write in our contact form, emails, texts, or DMs

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, referring URL
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see below)

Cookies, Tracking Pixels, and Advertising

This site uses cookies and third-party tracking and advertising pixels. Specifically, we use (or may use) the following:

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram): Tracks visits, add-to-cart events, and purchases to measure ad performance and serve retargeting ads on Meta platforms.
  • Google Analytics: Measures traffic, page views, and on-site behavior to help us understand what's working.
  • Google Ads / Google Tag Manager: Tracks conversions and serves retargeting ads on Google's network (Search, YouTube, Display).
  • Shopify cookies: Power checkout, cart persistence, fraud detection, and analytics.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements)
  • Opt out of marketing and the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Request a portable copy of your data

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

  • Right to delete personal information we hold about you (subject to legal exceptions).
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) to enable retargeting and measurement may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To opt out of this "sharing," you can:

  • Choose Reject non-essential on the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
  • Re-open the banner anytime via the Cookie settings link in the site footer and change your choice.
  • Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we treat the GPC signal as a valid opt-out request.
  • Email hello@bitchslapsstickers.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request."

You may also authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require verification of your identity (and your agent's authority) before processing a request.

Data Retention

We keep order and customer data for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping requirements (typically 7 years for financial records). Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
