Processing Time
Processing is the time it takes us to make your sticker before it leaves our shop. It's separate from the time the carrier takes to get it to your door (transit time).
- Pre-made designs: Ship in 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
- Custom orders: Ship in 3–5 business days after you approve your free digital proof.
- Bulk orders (500+ pcs): May take 5–8 business days. We'll tell you up front.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Free U.S. Shipping Over $30
Spend $30 or more (before tax) and U.S. shipping is on us. Orders under $30 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout — usually a few bucks.
Transit Times
- U.S. standard: 3–7 business days after shipment.
- U.S. expedited: Available at checkout for an upcharge.
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs.
Once we hand your order to the carrier, transit time is out of our hands. We'll send you a tracking number so you can stalk it yourself.
Worldwide Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally. Duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility — we can't predict or prepay them. If a package is refused at customs, we can't refund shipping.
Lost, Stuck, or Damaged in Transit
If your tracking hasn't moved in 10+ business days (U.S.) or 30+ business days (international), or your stickers arrive damaged, see our Returns & Refund Policy and email us with your order number and a photo.
Wrong Address?
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll re-ship it once you cover the reshipment cost.
